How to place an order?

Simply choose the artwork and size you like, add it to your cart, and complete your order. We then start manufacturing your artwork specifically for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay (for Apple/Safari users)
  • Google Pay (for Android/Chrome users)
  • PayPal
  • 3 interest-free installments with Klarna

All payments are 100% secure.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

As manufacturing begins quickly after validation, any modification or cancellation must be requested within 2 hours of purchase.
After this time, production may already be underway.

PRINTING & QUALITY

How are the canvases made?

Each canvas is printed on demand in one of our partner production facilities, close to your delivery area. This allows for fast and more environmentally friendly production.

What is the quality of the paper/printing?

We use premium cotton canvas with an elegant matte finish, as well as professional inks to ensure high resolution, vibrant colors, and excellent durability.

Will the colors be identical to what I see online?

We ensure that the visuals faithfully reflect the final rendering.
Slight variations may exist depending on the brightness or your screen settings.

DELIVERY

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary by region:

  • France & Europe: 4 to 8 business days
  • International: 5 to 12 business days

This timeframe includes manufacturing + delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free, worldwide.

Do you ship internationally?

Our artworks are shipped to large regions of the world, including Europe, Australia, and North America. Your painting is produced in the manufacturing unit closest to you to ensure faster delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your painting is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow its journey in real-time.

RETURNS & CUSTOMER SERVICE

Can I return my painting?

Since each painting is printed on demand especially for you, we do not accept returns for a simple change of mind.
In the event of a defective or damaged product, we will of course proceed with a prompt replacement.

What should I do if my painting arrives damaged?

Send us a photo of the painting and packaging as soon as you receive it.
We will send you a new product free of charge and immediately .

We do not yet offer the creation of custom-made works, but this could happen soon.

Our paintings are sold unframed , so you can choose the perfect frame for your interior.
